World Pasta Day

It's World Pasta Day, and we couldn't be any happier. Whether you like rigatoni, pappardelle, tagliatelle or fusilli, you'll love this day. We've rounded up the best restaurants to celebrate; all you have to do is choose.

Lulu La Delizia

Paying homage to traditional Italian cuisine, Lulu La Delizia puts a modern twist that's done very well and has already won Best Restaurant in WA. Bask in the vibrant atmosphere with a Negroni and enjoy our favourite Saffron Spaghettini with Clams.

Post

Tucked inside the old Treasury Building in Perth CBD, Post is a beloved establishment known for its simple menu and impeccable service. We recommend getting the Ricotta Gnocchi and finishing it off with their famous Tiramisu.

Pappagallo

Leederville is a foodie's paradise. Pappagallo offers a casual atmosphere and serves up traditional Italian favourites. We recommend having the Pappardelle al Ragu - it’s to die for.

La Madonna Nera

Small, quaint, and bursting with energy, this restaurant is a must! La Madonna Nera serves a medley of modern Italian dishes paired with local and international drops. With their ever-changing menu, you'll always be spoilt with new things to try. We recommend the Ravioloni with Mushroom and Bechamel.

Lupo Lab

A family-friendly establishment serving up traditional Italian staples. We recommend getting the Fettucine Spicy Crab - it’ll become your new favourite.

Gino's

Gino's has perfected the traditional Italian meal and has been an institution in Fremantle for over 30 years. The menu has not changed since it opened, and we can see why. Gino's never disappoints - try the Vodka a la Penne.

Monsterella

A favourite among Wembley locals, Monsterrella has attracted the crowds. Enjoy their Hand Cut Truffled Pappardelle Carbornarra, and make a night out of it by having a drink at their sister restaurant (conveniently located right next door) Mummucc.

La Sosta

A hidden gem in Fremantle, La Sosta offers good vibes, good food, and good times. Staple Italian done well, perfect for a date night or a night out with the family. We recommend trying the Ravioli Ai Porcini.

Be there early is all we can say. Spritz has a queue out the door and for good reason—serving up classic Italian dishes that will have you dreaming of Italy. Trust us and try the Agnolotti Veal Truffle - it’s a must!
