Bristling with energy and eagerness, Declan is the very definition of unbridled enthusiasm. A Queensland expat, Declan found his way to Perth in 2016. Flash forward to the present, Declan has been Craig Gaspar's dedicated offsider since 2019.

Passionate about his family, friends and real estate, he has old fashioned values coupled with real-world experience. A familiar face alongside Craig, Declan is a dedicated advocate to the clientele that call (or hope to call) Wembley and West Leederville home.
